If we were the type of restaurant that named our dishes after geographic locations,

this Pasta Mista, with fresh italian┬ásausage, fennel, black olives and tomato, might be called the “Brooklyn”

and on the left coast, we might call this Lumache Gigante, with basil, parsley, and mint pesto the “South Beach”..

But we are not.
