I drew on a little inspirazione from the classic Venetian dish “Bigoli in Salsa” today.

with this:

 Whole Grain Spaghetti,

with caramelized fennel, anchovies and chilies.

Also today:

Cavatelli, with tomato, Zucchini and Taggiasca Olive ragu.

Pappardelle, alla Bolognese.
