Because I accidentally deleted the beautiful pasta shot, of the 50 cm long Rigatoni, bathed in perfect morning light, atop of a gorgeous handmade driftwwod cutting board-

just before it went into today’s

Baked Rigatoni, with celery root béchamel, toasted walnuts, and smokey blue cheese.

oh well.
