At Il Corvo today, we’ve made some Whole Grain Conchiglini, getting tossed with rainbow chard and turnip cream,

Rigatoni, with spicy cappocollo ragu

Squid Ink Spaghetti, Alla Siciliana

And over at the other bird…Pizzeria Gabbiano

we’re stacking the doughs high…..


and topping them with stuff like fresh pears, blue cheese and radicchio,  –housemade sausage and kale,pizza 11-10

Roasted winter squash with fromage blanc, toasted walnuts and sage….just to mention a few!
