Today’s pasta dish gets a little inspiration from España
–I was about to say “south of the border” -but that’s not quite right, that would refer to Mexico?
Well, ….Spain is sort of south-ish and west of Italy, but Italy’s border is north?
-unless the Mediterranean Sea could be that border, -but still, Spain is pretty much to the west.
Geography is not my strong suit.
I’m confused. -Just forget the whole thing.
(unless we were talking about French food, then we could say south of the border)
