Here’s a little flavor combination that makes my mouth dance!
Cured mullet roe, or “Bottarga”, garlic, parsley and a little chili.
Mince all that up with some good olive oil, toss t with some fresh Spaghetti,
-and it’s like you’ve been teleported to a beach on Sardinia.
It’s would be perfect with some sunshine and a glass of Gavi,
…….well two out of three ain’t bad.

Fusilli, with salsa Sicilians and taggiasca olives
