How about a light, bright, spicy Sardinian style sauce of roasted cauliflower, saffron, chilies, capers, anchovies and some sweet golden raisins ?
and fresh spring pesto of mint, parsley, toasted pine-nuts and sorrel?
tossed with Spaghetti?
And lily shaped pasta, or “Gigli” served alla Bolognese?
That’ll put a little Spring in your step.
