Well, in just a short while I’ll be stepping aboard a Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt, and connecting to Rome. So consider this my last blog post stateside until next month.
Here’s me boarding my flight now…..
-I’m the one in the gray, my travel companion and future Gabbiano “pizzaiolo” Johannes, is wearing his sailor’s outfit, and I don’t know who the women are, but I hope they can hold their liquor. (hats are all the rage right now)
Back at the shop, they’re just putting the finishing touches on the baked manicotti, with tomato pasta and kale-ricotta filling,

Percatelli, in our slow cooked garlic sauce, or “Aglio Stracotto”
