I’d like to introduce you to

the Juice Box

A shinning beacon of light, guiding you in from the rough seas of Super Bowl-seven layer dips.

Juice box has a business model after my own heart, owners Kari Brunson and Brandon Myett started out with a couple of farmer’s market stalls and a pop-up juice stand at Le Bete.

They have since grown their little project in to a full-on one stop cleanse shop.

They have a fantastic menu of made to order fresh juices and a beautiful vegetable focused light menu

– you feel healthier the moment you walk in!

Juice box is hosting a series of local chef dinners, listed here on their website

I’ll be dishing up my take on the lighter side of Sicilian cooking this Saturday night (feb 8th),

And there’s still a few seats left!

Check them out here

and next time you are up on 12th ave, between Pike and Pine, do your body a favor and pick up a few of these:

for today’s pasta menu:

Spaghettini, with Basil-parsly-mint pesto

Pasta Misti, with spicy pork ragu

And baked Pasticcio!  (a hodgepodge of deliciousness)
