A shinning beacon of light, guiding you in from the rough seas of Super Bowl-seven layer dips.

Juice box has a business model after my own heart, owners Kari Brunson and Brandon Myett started out with a couple of farmer’s market stalls and a pop-up juice stand at Le Bete.

They have since grown their little project in to a full-on one stop cleanse shop.

They have a fantastic menu of made to order fresh juices and a beautiful vegetable focused light menu

– you feel healthier the moment you walk in!

I’ll be dishing up my take on the lighter side of Sicilian cooking this Saturday night (feb 8th),
