A few things you should know about this week at IL Corvo

First off:

We will be closed Thursday and Friday!

I will be posting the blog for the next few days from Brooklyn NY.

When the blog goes out, it’ll be afternoon-time there,

so I may have a cocktail in my hand, or be hungover from mid-flight miniatures of Dewars,

or still drunk, or buried in snow, or any combination of 2 or more of these things.

The blog may or may not be 100% accurate for those days, or in some cases make no sense at all,

it might just be filled with pictures of Bergdorf’s Windows.

Either way, food will still be delicious,

-your just going to have to deal with it

If you are one of the luck 70 people who ordered a Porchetta,

they will be available for pick-up between 11am and 4:30 pm Today-Wednesday

If you come in to pick one up, and you are not staying for lunch,

please still patiently wait in line, we will come through the line occasionally and ask if anyone is here to pick-up porchetta,

and bring them out to you.

And lastly:

carbonara bucatini

Bucatini with Prosciutto Carbonara.

Also today:

Gigli, alla Bolognese

Spaghettini, with pumpkin seed pesto
