Sure, you are probably asking yourself,

 “why dice up a perfect ball of mozzarella,  why not serve it whole?”

Fine question….and lets just say that while I’m getting pretty good at making hand pulled mozzarella,

the result isn”t quite in my “Good enough for an Italian grandmother” uniformity…
