The great es-Scape.


There is something about the flavor of sautéed garlic scapes,

Calabrian chili and a little cream that is very reminiscent of the roasted New Mexico green chilis of home.

It’s hard to exactly put my finger on it, but the few friends from New Mexico, who are familiar with this unique flavor, also agree,

…….It tastes like home.

I’m sure a side by side comparison would bring the differences to light,

but with the lack of freshly roasted chili’s at hand,

until September, this will do.
