As busy as we get around here, serving over 140 bowls of pasta most days,

its nice to carve out an afternoon and submit to the zen-like process of making 7 kilograms of hand-made farfalle!

Tossed with a Walnut-Sage and Parsley Pesto, topped with Rouge Creamery’s Smoked Blue Cheese!
