Bucatini Al’Amatriciana-
with house made Pancetta, and fresh made Bucatini
(the only thing we didn’t do was grow the garlic and tomatoes)
So you’ve got this:
Red Beet Flavored Gigli, in sage butter sauce
and,
Yukon Gold Gnocchi, with pesto and fresh mozzarella
as you ponder the choices and wait for the white smoke to apear out of your ears,
why not make it easy,
bring a friend and choose them all!

Dangnabit, Mike. I can’t do two days in a row! CAN’T! But those all sound so good and Amatriciana is one of my favorites…
