Today we reep the benefits of both fauna and flora,
From the pig we butchered last week, we’ve made some lovely thyme-infused Pancetta Cotto,
(or ham, -on this side of the Atlantic), as an addition to our charcuterie selection!
And the good folks out at Local Roots Farm delivered som sweet tender, Lacinato Kale Rapini
-Simmered down in a spicy tomato sauce and tossed with Mafalda!

Fusilli, with braised beef “alla Tuscana”
Tagliarini, with Sala Verde (anchovy, caper and parsley pesto
