Like, a new mainstay on the menu, Prosciutto Di Parma with Spicy Celery Pickles (just about as close to salad as we get around here)

our rotating house made charcuterie this week is Rabbit Terrine, wrapped in our own Pancetta!

Thanks for another great meal today Mike! On the walk back to the office, we were joking about setting up a direct deposit, reserving our own table, you brining us our usual orders…coincidence or not, walked past a certain business where there was no line out the door as usual at 12:30.
