I know it’s a stretch…….But the Butternut Squash and Bechamel Lasagna is not quite “photo ready” just yet.

And everyone has seen PLENTY of photos of our

Maccheroni alla Bolognese, as well as the Spaghettini with Pesto

So I’ll leave you this photo of a fine, fine pumpkin I came across at the Brooklyn farmers market a few weeks ago.

Here’s a little tip on how to get free apples on the east coast…..

When at the farmers market, tell them you are from Washington, and dare them to prove “east coast “apples are just as good.

Although, you’re going to need fast reflexes and may have to duck a few.
