Fresh Fennel and Tarragon Mac-N-Cheese!

Yea, I went there.

It’s fancy Mac-N-Cheese season!

Heyl, throw some of those fancy eye-talian pine nuts and some pecorino ramano up in there, and order me a second glass of that pee-not grigg-lio wine!

Also today,

Mafalda, with Calabrian spicy peppers and salami sauce.

Spaghettini, with garlic, anchovies, olive oil and Mama Lil’s goat-horn peppers.
