Fun fact about the lobster mushroom: It’s actually two mushrooms! One type of fungus infects a base mushroom and it becomes a lobster mushroom. Apparently the base mushroom it grows on can even influence the flavor of lobster mushroom.

does that mean they are farmable? Can you infect cultivated mushrooms with the fungus?
