I was struggling for something cool to say about today’s pasta,
then I realized….
What more could I say about yolky, delicate-yet-toothsome, Tagarin, with Porcini and White truffled-Plugra butter?
It pretty much speaks for itself!
Also today:
Foglie Di Carciofi, with cauliflower romanesco agro dolce.
Capellini, with Sicilian salt cured anchovies, controné chili, garlic and parsley
