Foglie Di Carciofi, In Romanesco Agro Dolce!

The leaves are starting to fall,

So we made some artichoke leaves of our own!

Foglie di Carciofi!

Tossed with Cauliflower Romanesco, Red Onions, Golden Rasins and a touch of Red Wine Vinegar!

or “Agro Dolce”

Also today:

Capellini, with Sicilian dry salted anchovies, controné chili, parsley and garlic

Tagliatelle, with pumpkin and sage cream sauce
