Squid Ink Quadrucci, -Sexy as Black Satin

Black is classy, black is sexy, black is dangerous and sophisticated,

-there’s just something alluring about the colour of this dough,

  Smooth and shiny, it resembles something you may want to wrap tightly around a beautiful body rather than serve for lunch,

But alas, Fashion Week was last week   -and I was out of town…

So….

We decided we’d just have to settle for lunch.

Squid Ink Quadrucci,

with piquillo peppers, lemon, parsley and pangratata!

Also today:

Spaghetini, with Eggplant, toasted garlic, tomato sauce

Maccheroni, with smokey bacon, and brussels sprouts
