Cavatelli, with Tuscan Corona Beans, Sage and Tomato

Another favorite dish of mine from those “bean eaters”, the Tuscans..

Big, ol’ Corona Beans!

I know its a bit of a fall dish, (my favorite food-season) but …..it IS cloudy outside, and it IS nearly September, which is nearly the end of summer,  right?

……..I can practically hear them sound-checking for bumpershoot in the distance now.

Maccheroni, with House Cured Pancetta cotto and Kale

Spaghettini, with Slasa Verde!

    I’ve been a follower of your blog/food porn for several months now. Salivating at every photo while quietly, though emphatically, cursing the conflict of our respective business hours. I’m taking Friday off to finally get to try lunch at Il Corvo. I’m so looking forward to finally eating what I’ve only been able to look at!
