Maccheroni Nicoise Salad!

Oilive oil poached Albacore tuna, …

(no, not from a can)

(I only wish I had caught it my self!)

Served, chilled, because it IS supposed to be 81 degrees today!

Spaghetti, alla Amatriciana!

Tagliarini, with zucchini, mint and basil pest0
