Can you believe we’ve NEVER done spaghetti and meatballs?

It’s one of those things I tend to subconsciously avoid, mostly because when you say, “hey, I ve got a handmade pasta joint”

People often say, “oh, I LOVE spaghetti and meatballs”

And then I, never missing the opportunity to crush someones hopes and dreams,

climbing way, way, up upon my pedestal,  say….

“Yea, well,…..we dont make that.  We’re not THAT kind of pasta joint”

But you know what?  get off your high horse, self!

Meatballs are good!

Also today:

Maccheroni and Cheese! -Point Reyes Blue Cheese!

Farfalle* with sunburst tomatoes, zucchini, sage and squash blossoms
