Capellini Arrabbiata, translates to “Angry” Capellini

-due to the spiciness of the fresno chilis in the sauce.

But I’m not sure “angry” is the right term?

Sure, it’s very “fiery” ? but,

I’m sure I, I mean,” the capellini”  means well,

He just has the unfortunate character combination of being very passionate about what he does,

is in the habit of repressing his emotions and is a really poor communicator.

Um, ..not that I can relate to that, of course… because as a Chef, that would be TOTALLY  unexceptable, right?

I mean really?  Angry?  pppfft!

BACK OFF! -YOU DON”T KNOW ME!

Don’t talk to me.
